Account Sign-on Instructions
- Warning: To increase the safety of your financial information DO NOT bookmark the Account Sign In page used to access your account. Click the PRINTER above to print this page.
- Click the “Account Access” button at the top right of this page
- Enter your Member # in the User ID field and click Log In.
- For User ID Password, enter the last 4 digits of the SSN associated with your Member number and click Log In.
- As prompted, enter your current email address twice and create and enter a new password according to the password requirement listed on the screen. You will also need to make a decision concerning registration for eDocuments. Click Continue.
- The system upgrade now uses a more advanced security system that has additional setup requirements. To begin the security setup, click Perform Setup.
- Click Continue to proceed through the security process of selecting and naming a security image and choosing and answering security questions.
- Check the box at the bottom of the screen if you DO NOT want to certify the computer. Certifying a computer means you will not have to answer a security question on every login attempt. Never certify a public computer. Click Finish.
- Click Continue to Accounts.
- If the eDocuments Option was selected previously, you will now complete the eDocument Registration by clicking Yes.
- To accept the eDocument Terms and Conditions, click View Terms and Conditions, then copy the verification code showing in the Terms and Conditions document. Paste this code into the field provided on the eDocuments setup screen and then click I agree to eDocuments Terms and Conditions.
- You have now completed the sign-up process for Home Banking and eDocuments if you selected that option. It is recommended that you exit your Home Banking portal and sign-up again with your new password. If you have trouble signing on, call the West Point branch at 662-494-7700 for assistance.
